What we collect
When you contact us we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, current qualification, target destination, intended intake, and whatever you write in your message. During an engagement we additionally handle academic transcripts, test scores, identity documents, and financial evidence, because the work cannot be done without them.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to prepare and submit your applications. We do not use your information for profiling, advertising, or any purpose you have not asked us to perform.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with universities, agents, or third parties for marketing. We do not pass your details to any institution except as part of an application you have explicitly instructed us to submit.
Retention
Enquiry details are retained only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. Engagement files are retained for the duration of your application cycle and a reasonable period afterwards, in case a reapplication or appeal becomes necessary.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@foreignera.com and we will action the request. Where we are legally required to retain something, we will say so and explain why.
This website
This site does not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking. Forms on this site open your own mail application rather than transmitting data to a server we control.

If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Questions about any of it can be sent to support@foreignera.com.
