Terms of Engagement
Plain terms, stated before you commit, including the limits of what any consultancy can promise.
What we are
Foreign Era is an independent education consultancy. We are not an agent or representative of any university, government, or immigration authority, and we receive no commission from any institution.
What we do not guarantee
Admission and visa decisions are made solely by universities and by the relevant immigration authorities. We cannot and do not guarantee any such decision. What we commit to is process integrity: a shortlist you genuinely qualify for, documentation free of internal contradiction, and preparation that removes the failure points within your control.
Your obligations
The accuracy of your application depends on the accuracy of what you give us. You agree to provide truthful, complete, and genuine documents. We will not submit any document we know or suspect to be falsified, and discovering such a document ends the engagement immediately.
Fees
Fees are flat, quoted in writing before work begins, and do not change during the engagement. We do not charge success fees and we do not take a percentage of any scholarship awarded. Third-party costs, application fees, test fees, attestation charges, visa fees, health cover, are paid by you directly to the relevant body and are not included in our fee.
